We've been running flower subscriptions since 2019 and we've learned a lot about what works and what doesn't. Here's an honest account of how ours works, so you can decide whether it suits you before you sign up.

What you actually receive

Each week or fortnight, you get a hand-tied bunch of seasonal flowers. We choose what goes in based on what's at its best that week. Which means the bunch changes every time. In October you might get dahlias and rosehips. In February, early narcissi and hellebores. In June, sweet peas and garden roses.

The size options are small (five to seven stems, £22 per week) and medium (ten to fourteen stems, £30 per week). Most people start with the small and move up after a few weeks. Both sizes are available for collection from the studio on Croft Lane or for local delivery within about 10 miles.

How pausing and cancelling works

Send us an email or a text at least 48 hours before your next collection or delivery date. We'll pause it, skip a week, or cancel it. Whichever you want. There's no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no form to fill in.

We set it up this way because we'd rather have customers who are genuinely happy with the arrangement than customers who feel trapped. If you go on holiday for three weeks, pause it. If you decide it's not for you after a month, cancel it. We won't make it difficult.

Weekly or fortnightly?

Weekly suits people who go through flowers quickly, who have a lot of rooms to fill, or who give a bunch away most weeks. Fortnightly suits people who live alone or who want flowers as a treat rather than a constant. A medium bunch in a cool room will usually last seven to ten days, so fortnightly works well if you're careful about placement and water.

If you'd like to start a subscription, you can set one up through the shop or drop us a message and we'll sort it out directly. The first bunch can usually go out within a week of signing up.
